5 Day Ndutu Calving Season Adventure Late Dec-March.

Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport you will be
transferred to Arusha where your safari adventure begins amid lush gardens and
views of Mount Meru. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon settling into your lodge and
receiving a detailed safari briefing. This calm introduction sets the stage for
the wild days ahead.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a
lush and diverse ecosystem nestled at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment.
Explore groundwater forests, open grasslands and the lake shore, home to
flamingos, elephants and the famous tree-climbing lions. The day ends with a
scenic drive to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and a restful night.

Journey toward the vast southern plains of the Serengeti, where landscapes open endlessly and wildlife numbers grow dramatically. Upon arrival in Ndutu, enjoy an afternoon game drive among massive wildebeest herds gathering for calving. Predator sightings increase as lions and cheetahs follow the migration.

Spend a full day exploring the Ndutu plains, the epicenter
of the Great Migration calving season. Witness thousands of newborn wildebeest,
dramatic predator hunts and endless herds stretching across the horizon.
Flexible game drives allow you to follow wildlife movements throughout the day.

After an early breakfast, travel toward the Ngorongoro
Conservation Area, upon arrival descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro
Crater. Explore this natural wildlife sanctuary, home to the Big Five and one
of Africa’s densest wildlife populations. After the game drive, return to
Arusha for an airport drop off (depending on the schedule of your international
flight), where your adventure concludes.
