Tour Plan
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your lodge in Arusha. Meet your safari guide, review your itinerary, and relax for the night.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its elephant herds and towering baobabs. Enjoy a full-day game drive and overnight in a lodge near the park.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
Explore the diverse ecosystems of Lake Manyara, home to flamingos, tree-climbing lions, and baboons. After your game drive, proceed to your lodge in Karatu.
Day 4: Karatu to Serengeti National Park (Central/North/South)
Drive into the legendary Serengeti, with game drives en route. Depending on the season, your camp/lodge location will follow the Great Migration (Central in April–June, North in July–Sept, South in Dec–March).
Day 5: Full-Day Serengeti Migration Tracking
Spend a full day tracking the Great Migration. Witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras, followed closely by lions, leopards, and hyenas. Your guide will position you at the heart of the movement.
Day 6: Second Game Drive in Serengeti
Enjoy another action-packed safari day in the Serengeti. Early morning and sunset game drives increase your chances of witnessing dramatic predator activity and rare sightings.
Day 7: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater Rim
After a morning game drive, travel to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop at a Maasai village (optional) and settle in at a lodge on the crater rim with spectacular views.
Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Return to Arusha
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a wildlife-rich ecosystem with rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, lions, and hippos. After your game drive, return to Arusha or continue to Zanzibar.
